User Agreement

It is strongly recommended that you read and understand these Terms of Use carefully. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by the same and agree that it constitutes a legal agreement between you and the Company. If you do not agree with this User Agreement, you should not use or access the RL Udaipur app or its services.

Services Overview

The RL Udaipur is a platform for users to transact with third parties, who are granted access to the Jain Thela app to display and offer products for sale. The Company disclaims all warranties and liabilities associated with any products offered on the platform.

Services are available to selected geographies in India and are subject to restrictions based on business hours of third-party sellers. Orders may be subject to delivery charges if minimum order sizes are not met.

Eligibility

Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (including minors and un-discharged insolvents) are not eligible to use the app. Minors under 18 may use the app only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

License & Access

The Company grants you a limited sub-license to access and make personal use of the RL Udaipur app. You hereby agree and undertake not to host, display, or share any information that:

• Belongs to another person without authorization.
• Is grossly harmful, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Infringes any patent, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• Contains software viruses or any other malicious computer code.
• Threatens the unity, integrity, or security of India.
• Is misleading or known to be false in any way.

Account Obligations

All users must register and login to place orders. You must keep your registration details current. By agreeing to these terms, you consent to receive promotional communication, which you can opt-out of at any time via the app settings or customer service.

Pricing Policy

While we aim for total accuracy, prices may occasionally be incorrect due to technical issues. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order without liability. No product will ever be sold at a price higher than its Maximum Retail Price (MRP).
